1. Sponsor

The Well-Loved Barnett Cushions Photo Contest (“Contest”) is sponsored by Barnett Products, LLC d/b/a Barnett Home Decor (“Sponsor”),3879 Lake Street Ste B-10 Macon GA 31204.

2. Eligibility

The Contest is open to legal residents of the 48 contiguous United States and District of Columbia who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry.

To submit an eligible photo, the entrant must have genuine Barnett Home Decor cushion(s) that have been in use for at least two (2) years as of the date of entry.

The cushion does not have to have been purchased by the entrant. Cushions received as gifts or otherwise lawfully acquired are eligible. Proof of purchase is not required.

Employees, officers and directors of Sponsor and members of their immediate families or households are not eligible to win.

Void where prohibited or restricted by law.

3. Contest Period

The Contest begins August 7, 2026 and ends at 12:00AM on September 8, 2026(“Contest Period”).

Entries received outside the Contest Period will not be eligible.

4. How to Enter

During the Contest Period, visit https://barnetthomedecor.com/blogs/bulletin/win-cushions-other-made-in-usa-home-decor-prizes-in-the-barnett-home-decor-giveaway and submit:

1. At least one current photograph of eligible Barnett Home Decor cushion(s);
2. The approximate length of time the cushion has been in use;
3. Comments about why you love your Barnett cushions;
4. The entrant's name, email address, and shipping address.

Limit one (1) entry per person.

There is no fee to enter.

Entrants should submit photographs showing the cushions as they actually appear today. Visible signs of normal use, including softening, fading, stains, wrinkles or other ordinary aging, will not make an entry ineligible.

Sponsor encourages entrants to submit photographs without identifiable people in the image.

5. Entry Requirements

Each entrant represents and warrants that:

• The submitted photograph is an original photograph taken by the entrant or that the entrant otherwise owns all rights necessary to submit and license the photograph;
• The photograph accurately depicts a genuine Barnett Home Decor product;
• The product depicted has been in use for at least two years;
• The entry does not infringe the copyright, privacy, publicity or other rights of any third party;
• Any person identifiable in the photograph has consented to the photograph's submission and use as described in these Official Rules, and appropriate parent or guardian permission has been obtained for any identifiable minor; and
• The entry does not contain unlawful, obscene, defamatory or otherwise inappropriate material.

Sponsor may disqualify an entry that does not comply with these requirements.

6. Judging and Winner Selection

This is a skill-based contest. The winner will not be selected at random.

Eligible entries will be reviewed by Sponsor or a judging panel selected by Sponsor and scored according to the following criteria:

• Authenticity – 40%
• Quality and usefulness of the photograph in showing the cushion and its condition – 35%
• Story or description of the entrant's experience with the cushion – 15%
• Overall fit with the “Well-Loved Barnett Cushions” theme – 10%

The eligible entry receiving the highest overall score will be the potential winner.

In the event of a tie, the tied entry receiving the highest score for authenticity and demonstration of long-term use will be selected. If a tie remains, Sponsor's judging panel will select the winner based on the entry that best represents the overall Contest theme.

Decisions of the judges are final.

7. Prize

One (1) winner will receive a set of chair cushions from Barnett Home Decor. The winner may elect to claim a $160 Barnett Home Decor gift card, redeemable at barnetthomedecor.com, instead of a set of chair cushions.

Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”): $160.

IF the winner elects to receive a gift card instead of a set of chair cushions, the gift card may be used by the winner or given by the winner to another person, subject to the terms applicable to the gift card.

Prize is not redeemable for cash except where required by law. No substitution or transfer by Sponsor except that Sponsor may substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable.

All applicable federal, state and local taxes are the responsibility of the winner.

8. Winner Notification

The potential winner will be contacted at the email address provided with the entry on or about September 9, 2026.

The potential winner may be required to confirm eligibility and execute an eligibility, liability and publicity release where permitted by law.

If the potential winner cannot be contacted within [5] business days, does not respond within the required period, is determined to be ineligible or fails to comply with these Official Rules, the prize may be forfeited and Sponsor may select the eligible entry with the next-highest judging score.

9. Permission to Use Submitted Photos and Stories

By submitting an entry, entrant retains ownership of the submitted photograph and written content but grants Sponsor a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to reproduce, display, publish, crop, resize, edit, format and otherwise use the submitted photograph and accompanying story or description in connection with Sponsor's advertising, marketing and promotional activities, including on Sponsor's website, email marketing, social media, digital advertising, printed materials and other promotional channels.

Sponsor may identify the entrant by first name, last initial, city and state of residence, in connection with such use unless the entrant requests otherwise.

No additional compensation will be owed for uses permitted by this section.

10. Privacy

Personal information collected in connection with the Contest will be used to administer the Contest and as otherwise described in Sponsor's Privacy Policy.

Entering the Contest does not automatically enroll an entrant in promotional email marketing unless the entrant separately agrees to receive such communications.

11. General Conditions

Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any person who attempts to tamper with the entry process, submits false or misleading information, violates these Official Rules, or acts in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner.

Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend or modify the Contest if fraud, technical failure, legal requirements or other circumstances beyond Sponsor's reasonable control materially affect the administration, integrity or fairness of the Contest.

Sponsor's failure to enforce any provision of these Official Rules will not constitute a waiver of that provision.

12. Release and Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor and its officers, directors, employees, representatives and agents from claims arising from participation in the Contest or acceptance, possession or use of the prize, except for claims that cannot legally be waived.

Nothing in these Official Rules limits any rights that cannot lawfully be limited or waived.

13. Governing Law

Except where prohibited by applicable law, the Contest and these Official Rules will be governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
