Here's what you need to know about Standard Returns


1. The return item(s) must be received by us within 30 days of the date your order was delivered. 

2. The return product must be in new condition with tags attached. 

3. You must enclose the return authorization form with your return shipment, or you may write the authorization number on an enclosed packing slip or letter. 

4. The buyer pays return shipping for standard returns. 

5. Shipping is non-refundable, unless we confirm that we sent a damaged, defective or incorrect i
tem.

Problem with my order

If you have a problem with your order, please select the appropriate description below for information about how to obtain a return authorization for a replacement or a refund.

IMPORTANT!! Cushions may be more than 2 inches smaller than advertised when they arrive because cushions are compressed for shipment. Cushions require a breaking-in period to return to full size.

We have been manufacturing and selling latex foam cushions for more than 60 years and we have strict quality control measures. In 99.99% of cases reported, the cushions expanded to within tolerances of listed dimensions after allowing them to break-in.

Sitting on the cushions is the most effective way to break them in. If you prefer, you can tug the corners outward, then paddle the cushions with your hand, to evenly distribute the foam.

If your item is not within tolerances of the listed dimensions after allowing it to reach full size, please indicate on your return authorization request that you are requesting an inspection for defects or errors.

If our inspection confirms that the item is defective, or we sent the wrong size, we will either issue a refund of the purchase price including shipping and return shipping, or we will provide a replacement at no additional charge.
