Returns and Refunds Assistant

We're proud of our products and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it subject to our Standard Returns Policy.

Here's what you need to know about Standard Returns

1. The return item(s) must be received by us within 30 days of the date your order was delivered. 

2. The return product must be in new condition with tags attached. 

3. Enclose the return authorization form with your return shipment, or write the authorization number on an enclosed packing slip or note. 

4. We will provide a pre-paid return label. The cost of the return label will be deducted from your refund for standard returns. 

5. Shipping is non-refundable for Standard Returns & orders that refuse delivery or pick-up. Refused orders are also subject to restocking/return-shipping fees.

How to Start Your Return

You will be prompted to enter your email address and you will be provided with a one-time-use password.

Select the order you wish to return from your list of orders, then select the "return" button for the item(s) you wish to return.

Select the reason for return and submit your request.

A customer service representative will review your return request and reply within 2 business days.
