I am very satisfied with the comfortable chair pads I ordered. One (of eight) arrived with a minor flaw, and Barnett staff responded to my inquiry by sending me a new chair pad without me having to go through the hassle of repacking and returning the damaged one (I had sent a photo of the damage).
