We are proud of our products and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you are welcome to return it for a refund of the purchase price less shipping, within the terms of the returns policy.
Here’s what you need to know about standard returns:
The return authorization request must be received within 30 days of purchase.
The return product must be received by us within 30 days of the return authorization, or within 60 days of the original shipment to you.
The return product must be in new condition.
You must enclose the return authorization or write the authorization number on an enclosed packing slip or letter.
The buyer pays return shipping for standard returns.
Shipping is non-refundable, unless we made a mistake fulfilling your order, or the product is confirmed to be defective. (This is actually standard returns policy for most home decor items sold by most major online stores, including Amazon.com, Houzz, Wayfair.com and others.)
Here are some mistakes you'll want to avoid:
Don’t remove the tags! We can’t issue a refund for items returned in used condition due to state and federal regulations.
Don’t refuse delivery or return to sender! Return shipping charges and a restocking fee will be deducted if your return is not authorized.
Don’t forget to insure your return package and get a tracking number! We’re unable to issue a refund for return items lost or damaged by the return shipping carrier.
After we approve your return authorization request we will provide return shipping instructions.
