We are proud of our products and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you are welcome to return it for a refund of the purchase price less shipping, within the terms of the returns policy.
Here's what you need to know about standard returns:
The terms of our standard return policy at barnetthomedecor.com are the same as the terms offered for standard returns of home decor items on Amazon.com, Houzz.com and Wayfair.com:

Here are some mistakes you'll want to avoid:
- Don't forget to follow the unboxing instructions before concluding that the cushions are too small! Your cushions may be compressed by as much as several inches for shipping.
- Don't remove the tags! We can't issue a refund for items returned in used condition, due to state and federal regulations.
- Don't refuse delivery or return to sender! Shipping charges and a restocking fee will be deducted if your return is not authorized.
- Don't forget to enclose your return authorization number! Your refund may be delayed and a restocking fee may be charged if your return authorization is not enclosed.
- Don't forget to insure your return package and get a tracking number! We're unable to issue a refund for return items lost or damaged by the return shipping carrier.

How is a standard return handled?
You will receive a return authorization number and return shipping instructions within 2 business days of submitting the form above.
After receiving your return authorization, for the lowest return shipping cost, we recommend shipping your return by the same carrier and method that we shipped your order, but you may ship the return by any carrier. If your return shipping carrier quotes a return shipping cost higher than our original shipping charge please contact our customer service department for assistance before shipping your return.
We strive to inspect returns within 2 business days of receiving the return items. We will issue your refund via the same payment method you used to place your order. It may take longer for your bank to show the credit on your statement.
