1. Eligibility:

1.1 The rebate offer is open to customers who purchase size large patio chair cushions, wicker chair cushions, or adirondack chair cushions only. Any other product categories are excluded from this rebate offer.

1.2 The purchase must be made between May 25, 2023, and July 31, 2023, inclusive.

1.3 The purchase must be made from barnetthomedecor.com.

2. Rebate Amount:

2.1 Customers are eligible to receive a rebate of 50% of the product purchase price.

2.2 The rebate amount will exclude taxes and shipping fees, which will not be reimbursed.

3. Rebate Submission Process:

3.1 To claim the rebate, customers must complete and submit the rebate form provided by Barnett.

3.2 Along with the rebate form, customers must upload clear and valid photos of the purchased cushions placed on their chair(s).

3.3 By submitting the photos, the customer grants Barnett the rights to use the images for sales and marketing purposes.

3.4 Only one rebate claim per customer is allowed.

4. Rebate Processing:

4.1 Upon receipt of a complete and valid rebate form, Barnett will process the rebate within 30 days.

4.2 The rebate amount will be issued to the original payment method used to place the order.

4.3 Barnett reserves the right to reject rebate claims that do not comply with these terms and conditions or are deemed fraudulent.

5. General Conditions:

5.1 The rebate offer cannot be combined with any other promotions, discounts, or offers.

5.2 The rebate offer is non-transferable and may not be redeemed for cash or any other form of compensation.

5.3 Barnett reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the rebate offer at any time without prior notice.

5.4 Any decision made by Barnett regarding the rebate offer shall be final and binding.

6. Limitation of Liability:

6.1 Barnett shall not be held responsible for any loss, damage, or injury arising from participation in the rebate offer or the use of the rebated products.

6.2 To the extent permitted by law, Barnett disclaims all warranties, express or implied, regarding the rebate offer.

7. Governing Law and Jurisdiction:

7.1 These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [insert applicable jurisdiction].

8. Best Customer Photo(s) Bonus Rebate:

8.1 Barnett reserves the right to award a bonus rebate of up to 100% of the product purchase price to customers who submit exceptional photos, as determined by Barnett's own judgement.

8.2 The selection of the best customer photo(s) and the decision to award the bonus rebate will be made solely at Barnett's discretion.

8.3 The bonus rebate, if awarded, will be in addition to the standard 50% rebate and will be issued according to the terms outlined in section 4 (Rebate Processing).

8.4 Barnett's decision regarding the best customer photo(s) and the bonus rebate is final and not subject to appeal.
