Each of our products goes through several quality inspections to be sure your item is made to our old fashioned standards of quality, that your order is fulfilled correctly, that the product is clean, securely packaged, and correctly addressed. Despite our best efforts, if there is a problem with your order, we can’t afford to allow our reputation to be tarnished. If we've made a mistake, please contact our customer service department so we can make it right with a free repair, replacement, or refund; and give us the opportunity to learn from our mistake.
