Items that are in-stock are typically received within 2-8 business days from ordering.  This includes 1-3 business days to process the order before it ships, then approximately 1-3 business days in transit for Priority Mail, or 3-5 business days for UPS Ground.

Special Order items are not kept in stock, they are made for you when you place an order.  You will receive an email from customer service letting you know when to expect delivery, typically in 1-3 weeks.

If an item is in stock you will see an "add to cart" button on the product page.

If an item is Special Order you will see a "special order" button on the product page.

If you need to change your order, please contact us as soon as possible.

During regular business hours (M-F, 9a-4:30p US EST), please contact Customer Service by phone at 1-478-745-1663.

After hours or on weekends please contact us by email.

Requests to change, cancel or add to an order are handled on a best efforts basis and must be received before the order has shipped.

If the change results in lower order total or shipping cost we will issue a partial refund.  If the change results in higher order total or shipping costs we will need you to authorize additional payment.  You can provide your credit card information by phone or we can email you an "invoice" to pay online.
