Warranty Claim

If you have had your order for more than 30 days and need to make a claim for any issues with your cushion that affect its performance or functionality, including defects that impact its comfort, support, or durability over time, please use the Warranty Claim Form to report the problem to our service team.

Problem with my order

If you discover a problem with your order within the first 30 days, please select the appropriate description below for information about how to obtain a return authorization for a replacement or a refund.

Certain types of Damage, Defect, and Error claims must be reported within 2 business days of delivery; inspect your order as soon as it is delivered and report any problems immediately.

The item I purchased doesn't fit, or isn't the same size as it's supposed to be

IMPORTANT!! Cushions may be more than 2 inches smaller than advertised when they arrive because cushions are compressed for shipment. Cushions require a breaking-in period to return to full size.

We have been manufacturing and selling latex foam cushions for more than 60 years and we have strict quality control measures. In 99.99% of cases reported, the cushions expanded to within tolerances of listed dimensions after allowing them to break-in.

Sitting on the cushions is the most effective way to break them in. If you prefer, you can tug the corners outward, then paddle the cushions with your hand, to evenly distribute the foam.

If your item is not within tolerances of the listed dimensions after allowing it to reach full size, please request an inspection for defects or errors.

If our inspection confirms that the item is defective, or we sent the wrong size, we will either issue a refund of the purchase price including shipping and return shipping, or we will provide a replacement at no additional charge.

The color of the item that arrived isn't what I expected

Because of differences in the way people perceive and describe colors and textures, because of differences in the way monitors and mobile devices display colors and textures in photos, and because items will appear different in relation to the lighting conditions and surrounding colors in your home, we cannot guarantee that a color or texture will match a customer's expectations if they did not request a free fabric swatch before ordering. If you did not like the color you are welcome to use the Return Authorization Request form to request a Standard Return.

If you believe that we sent the wrong item, or if you believe that the fabric is defective, please request an inspection for possible defects or errors.

If our inspection confirms that we sent the wrong item, or that there was a flaw in the fabric dyeing or printing process, we will either issue a refund of the purchase price including shipping and return shipping, or we will provide a replacement at no additional charge.

I did not find the cushions to be comfortable

Because individuals have different preferences for the level of firmness or softness of a cushion, pillow, or mattress, we can't guarantee that our cushion will satisfy every customer. That is why we offer a free sample cushion for the cost of shipping and handling to be sure you and your family find our cushions comfortable before you order a set.

If you declined the free sample cushion offer, you can return your order under the Standard Returns Policy if you didn't find them comfortable.

Our foam is sorted, graded and blended to be sure your cushion offers resilient support. If you believe your cushion may be defective, please request an inspection.

If our inspection finds that a hard chunk of foam got into your cushion, your cushion was overfilled or underfilled, or your foam was not resilient, we will provide a replacement or a full refund of the purchase price including shipping and return shipping.

The pattern placement doesn't match on the items I received, or isn't how I expected

Pattern placement varies for all items sold by Barnett Home Decor. This is one of the described Tolerances for hand-crafted goods that we discuss in our Before You Order article, Size Guide, and Returns Policy.

If you received an item with a directional pattern that is "upside down" or sideways on both sides of the cushion, please request an inspection for errors or defects.

Otherwise, if you are dissatisfied with the pattern placement of your items, you may request a return under the Standard Returns Policy.

Someone in my household is allergic to latex

All of our product listings include the information that our cushions are filled with latex foam.

If someone in your household is allergic to latex you are welcome to return your order under our Standard Returns Policy.

I was not satisfied with the quality of the items I ordered

If you're not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you're welcome to return it under the standard returns policy. Our rate of return is very low, but we certainly don't mind taking a return if you weren't happy with what you received.

Our quality control standards are very strict and we use premium quality materials and superior construction methods. If you believe the item you received may have been defective, please request an inspection for flaws or defects.

If our inspection finds any errors, defects, or flaws that fall outside the tolerances for hand-crafted textile decor, we will provide a replacement or a full refund of the purchase price including shipping and return shipping.

I think the shipping carrier lost or damaged my package, or my package may have been stolen
