Our rate of return is very low, but we certainly don't mind taking a return if you weren't happy with what you received!
If your cushion is a little too small
If you ordered a cushion and it was a little too small when it arrived, or if it looks unevenly filled or misshapen, please give it a chance to recover from shipping before you decide to return it. We've been selling latex foam cushions for more than 60 years and we've learned that these cushions may contract or shift by as much as 2 inches during shipping, but the shredded latex foam fill will redistribute evenly and resume it's full size after you sit on it for awhile. Please leave the tags on and keep it clean in case you decide you still want to return it later.
If you ordered the wrong size by mistake
Did you know that, even after 60 years, many stores and catalogs still only carry one size in our chair pads? That's because most customers agree that a chair pad doesn't have to be exactly the same shape or size as the chair to be comfortable. We find that as long as the cushion size is no more than two inches smaller or larger than your chair seat it will look nice and feel terrific. But if you don't agree, you are welcome to return something that didn't fit under the standard returns policy.
If you think your item is defective
If the item is significantly smaller or larger than the approximate dimensions listed for the item, you can submit a manufacturer's defect claim and we'll inspect the item for you. We won't hesitate to offer you a replacement or refund if we've made a mistake.
Please bear in mind, due to the nature of fabric and fill, which can both move, stretch, or contract, it is not possible to give precise dimensions for textile home decor, it is only possible to give approximate dimensions. There is also a "tolerance" for items which are crafted by skilled sewers rather than mass produced by machine, which means that slight variations are regarded as natural characteristics rather than flaws.
We take great pains to make our photos as accurate as possible by controlling the lighting temperature during the photo shoot and by editing on calibrated monitors with advanced color display technology. But unfortunately, a customer's monitor condition and settings can cause a product to appear different than expected, and this is beyond our control. To combat this and similar color phenomena, we offer free fabric swatches so customers can be sure of the actual color before they order.
The lighting in your room may also be different than the lighting in a photo studio, and this may cause the item's color to appear different when it arrives. You can still return something under the standard returns policy if the color didn't turn out how you expected it to.
If your shipment was missing one or more items when it arrived, or if it arrived dirty or damaged, it has most likely been damaged by the shipping carrier. How disappointing! If you'll just hit the button for a Shipping Incident Report, my supervisor will give you more information and help you initiate a claim so we can take care of this for you.
By the way, if your package got left out in the rain by the shipping carrier, I know that's vexing, but don't worry, most of our products are machine washable, and even the one's that are spot clean or dry clean can usually survive rain water without any permanent damage.

Our items have to pass several inspections to get past my boss, but if a flaw did get past her we'll be sure to fix it for you with a refund, replacement or repair!
